Operations Director

Becca Wolter-Gustafson

Becca grew up in Boston, where she has continued to live throughout her adult life. She graduated from Northeastern University with a BS in Philosophy and a concentration in religious studies. Becca started her professional career as a children’s ballet teacher at a dance studio in Brookline, where she taught for 24 years. Becca has spent the last 15 years working for a Jewish non-profit, first as a preschool teacher and then in various administrative positions including, mostly recently, as the preschool Director. She completed a 3-year Sheva Center Leadership Institute fellowship through the JCCA. In her free time, Becca enjoys reading, camping, attending Red Sox games, watching football, and spending time with her sister and nieces.

Bookkeeper

Lorraine Crowe

Lorraine, is a graduate of Bentley University and has worked for over 30 years in non-profit and for profit environments, as a bookkeeper, accountant and office manager. Lorraine was born and raised in New York City, and now lives in Grafton, with her husband and two cats. Her hobbies are gardening, herbalism, organic farming and cooking.

Facilities Manager

Luis Cardona

Luis was born in Guatemala. He moved to Boston with his mother when he was 7. He has 2 children. When he is not working at Temple Reyim he enjoys cooking traditional Spanish fare and exercising with his children.
